Tooling

The tooling used for the P.O.P. products range from cost effective wooden tools for short runs, through to highly accurate mirror finished CNC-machined temperature controlled aluminium tools for the distortionally printed and forming parts. Most of our tooling is available within 2-3 weeks for prompt delivery of products to our clients. Airform itself maintains strict control of the tooling process, thereby minimising time and ensuring strict accuracy.
